Peas occupy the biggest part among legumes in our country, therefore there is important to use them for poultry feeding. For this aim we investigated the influence of the enzyme preparation for nutritional value of feeds, which contained peas. By analysing the influence of enzyme preparation for the growth of broiler chickens, feed conversion, two feeding experiments were performed. To estimate the digestibility of nutrients of the rations, one experiment of digestibility of nutrients was performed. Feeding experiments were continuing 35 days. During both experiments, birds were housed on deep litter, water and feed was provided in stationary waterers and feeders. [...].
