Abstract
The authors have established special features of quantitative changes of intracellular levels of cAMP and cGMP in different tissues during the process of formation of allergic reactivity, and of the time of primary and secondary anaphylactic shock (A-Sh). During sensitization the intensivity of biosynthesis of cyclic GMP was found to prevail over the synthesis of cAMP in the structures realising the immune process of the organism (thymus, spleen and adrenal glands). During A-Sh the intensity of cGMF synthesis is higher in vital organs (the heart, lungs and liver).[...].
