An aim of problem based learning is to master capability of making solutions, realizating it by help of special problem solving. Practical works of the pathological anatomy are orientated on students independent work, trying to achieve necessary pathology knowledge, become able to analyze and synthesize establishing the morphological background of the pathological processes and diseases, mechanisms of its development and clinical significance, acquire morphological diagnostics principles of changed tissues. The elements of problem based learning in the studies of the pathological anatomy are used more than three decades. After accumulation of some expierence and taking into account expectations of the students we prepeared manual of the pathological anatomy practical works, adapted for problem based studies. Practical works are based on solving morfophological diagnostic tasks, investigating and describing changed organs examples (macropreparations), mostly pecular histological preparations, prepared using standartic and special (histochemical) and immunohistochemical stainings, molecular investigation (hibridization in situ) methodics and electron micrographs. For easer understanding of the structural changes are presented names of studying macropreparations, descriptions of the histological preparations and electron micrographs, histological schemes of the various organs, self-learning questions. Each practical work of some module is presented as independed finished description, relating it with morphological changes in various pathological processes and diseases, studied in other modules. We hope, that this teaching book would help for formation of the sinthesized thinking at the time of probl...[...].
