Introduction Acne vulgaris (AV) is a skin condition that affects many patients worldwide [1]. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), primarily linked to gastric diseases, may have systemic effects beyond the gastrointestinal tract. [2]. Recent studies emphasize the potential link between H. pylori infection and AV, highlighting the importance of considering this in dermatological assessments. While not firmly established, there is some research indicating a potential connection between H. pylori and the onset of AV [3]. However, discussions on H. pylori infection are often absent in the context of AV diagnosis and treatment. Incorporating awareness of H. pylori infection in dermatological evaluations may contribute to a better understanding and more effective treatment of AV. [...].en
