Introduction. Adolescents face important emotional well-being and physical inactivity challenges. Mobile applications can be useful tool to approach these issues. Study aim. To assess the adolescent experience with mobile applications designed for health and lifestyle. Methods: Procedure. The study was approved by Ethics Committee for Biomedical Research (Lithuanian University of Health Sciences No. BEC-89). An exploratory study was conducted in Lithuania during April-May 2019. Experience of mobile applications use at baseline and 30 days later were analyzed. Methods: Materials. There mobile applications were tested: -for emotional weill-being- "Atsipūsk", "Pagalba sau". - for physical activity - 30 Day Fitness Challenge - Workout of Home". The data were collected by a school-based survey using paper-pencil questionnaires. The questionnaires were administered in school classrooms by study researchers. Methods: Sample. The study sample comparised 41 schoolchildren from 11th grade (mean age 17.2±0.44 years). [table].
