Introduction. Mental health care is one of the tensest professions in the world. The specialist health could be negatively effected by exposure to elements in psychical health nurse work. Tests certify importance of psychological element causality in fatigue. Fatigue is a subjective feeling of the lack of energy and inanition, weakened physical and/or cognitive functions that are evaluated by physical, mental and common complaints. It is a difficult phenomenon and one of the biggest problems in modern world. Health care specialist fatigue is closely related to activity shrinkage and patient safety. Objective. To examine mental health nurse fatigue and its relations with investigative sociodemographic characteristics - age, education, seniority. Methods.
